FORCE TYPHOON™8 HALFMASK & PRESSTOCHECK™ FILTERS
HSOs have a duty to ensure that the staff for which they are responsible are as well protected as they can be. This means they must not only put in place the appropriate engineering controls to stop/reduce airborne respiratory hazards but
also provide adequate and suitable RPE. Ensuring that a particular RPD is suitable for the user can be complex.
HSOs are therefore looking for a simplified approach that gives reassurance that their staff are protected. Having reviewed JSPs Force Typhoon™ and PressToCheck™ filter system, several HSOs have told JSP that this combination of RPD can provide better protection for their staff.
